We take the safety and protection of our staff and clients very seriously, and the welfare of our people is our upmost priority.
We realise that there is constant change going on regarding COVID-19 and this is an unprecedented time, with much uncertainty. We are following the guidelines set out by the Government and the WHO, and continue to review this as part of our ongoing risk assessment.
Business as Usual
We are committed to the well-being of our team and our clients, and we are still committed to providing a full service to our clients. We have been operating remote working and within the office for some time and our team have full access to our systems. We are implementing additional procedures and systems to maintain continuity to ensure we accommodate the needs of our clients.
It is still business as usual and we are taking all necessary steps to minimise the risk and exposure, and we have various contingency plans in place to ensure our clients are still well looked after. With this in mind, during the current pandemic we intend to minimise face to face meetings, and we will be using other means to communicate with our clients, such as voice calls or live video calls via Zoom. Our telephone lines will remain open and our emails are still fully functional but there could be some delay at times so please do bear with us.
